Data privacy and security

Where are Teamhood application servers and databases hosted?

We are using Microsoft Azure as a Cloud provider. Teamhood cloud servers are located in Northern Europe (Ireland).

Is Teamhood customer data separated from other customers?

Yes, Teamhood is using a separate database instance for each Customer to have full isolation and increased security.

What security measures are implemented? 
Our application uses SSL encryption for secure data transport. Teamhood uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to protect your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. We host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls, and access restrictions to better protect your information.

Cloud infrastructure provider Microsoft Azure follows ISO attestations: CSA STAR, ISO 27017:2015 and more can be referred here.

Does Teamhood provide an on-premise deployment for enterprise customers?

Yes, Teamhood is available as on-premise solution for Enterprise customers and it requires at least two year contract commitment.

Licencing and Pricing

Does Teamhood have a free version?

Yes. Teamhood offers 4 distinct plans and one of them is free of charge.

How long will a trial of paid plans last? 

You can choose to try out the paid plans with a 14-day trial.

When will I be billed after my trial? 

Once your 14-day trial ends, you will have the option to pay for the paid plan or downgrade to the Free plan.

How many members can I add to our trial? 

You may add up to 100 team members to your trial account. Anyone you add will have full access to paid features for as long as your account is on trial. If you would like to add more than 100 members to your trial account, please contact us.

How does pricing work? 

We currently offer tiered plans and our Professional plan starts at 5 members. When upgrading, you’ll need to choose the most appropriate tier for your team size. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

You can purchase Teamhood with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. 

Does Teamhood offer discounts for NGOs?

Using Teamhood

How to start using Teamhood?

Teamhood is a visual work management platform and it is very easy to start using. However, we recommend watching our 5 minutes video tutorial introducing all the main features.

Is there someone who can help me get started with Teamhood?

What is an Organization in Teamhood? 

Typically, an Organization is a business or a group of coworkers who share the same email domain. We organize coworkers by Organization to make it easy for you to invite new teammates to work with you in your Teamhood account. 

What is a Workspace and a Team in Teamhood? 

Within your Organization, you can create Workspaces.  For each Workspace you can assign Team Members. Teams are people who work together on specific types of projects. We suggest creating a separate Workspace for each Team. You may make a Workspace in Teamhood for your production or development department, or create a Workspace for coworkers focused on specific projects or initiatives.  

What is a Project in Teamhood?

Teamhood delivers maximum flexibility for managers to build visual structures for their projects and processes, depending on their scope and scale.
