In case you have deleted something in Teamhood but want it back here is a quick overview of what options you have.
It is possible to restore any deleted entity in Teamhood, but some are self serve restores, some are recoveries from rolling backups. Here we have categorized entities which can be self-restored. If you are still not familiar with Teamhood entities, we recommend reading about data structures in Teamhood.
How to self-restore deleted data in Teamhood?
If the deleted entity is self-restore, simply navigate to “Trash” in the workspace settings menu and look for that entity. You can use filters to narrow down your search.

In Teamhood you can archive items, boards, and workspaces for future reference, instead of deleting them. To restore archived items or boards simply navigate to archive under the workspace settings menu.

To restore the archived workspace, navigate to the Archived workspaces menu under Company account settings.

Deleted workspaces are not removed straight away. They are moved to a trash area and can be restored for 30 days after deletion. Once those 30 days pass, the workspace and all of its data are permanently removed from the system.
Who can do what:
⚠️ Deleting a workspace still removes all of its associated data at the end of the 30 days. If you only want it out of the way, archive it instead of deleting it.
⚠️ Available only to Enterprise subscribers, and only as a last resort once the 30-day window above has passed.
If a workspace is past the point of self-restore, contact our help center as soon as possible. We keep rolling backups for up to 14 days — if that time has passed, we will not be able to restore from the backup.
