The SharePoint integration in Teamhood allows you to connect your company’s Microsoft SharePoint environment to Teamhood and attach files directly to tasks or work items. This helps your team access the most up-to-date documents without leaving Teamhood.
To set up the integration:
1. Navigate to any task you want to attach a file to.
2. Click on Attach File.
3. Select Microsoft SharePoint from the list.

4. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 account.

5. When prompted, grant Teamhood the required permissions.
6. Once connected, you can browse and attach SharePoint files directly to tasks and items in Teamhood.

ℹ️ Note:
Granting Teamhood access to your company’s SharePoint does not mean all users will automatically see all company files.
Teamhood always respects individual SharePoint permissions.
Each user will only see and access the files and folders they have permission to view in SharePoint.
If a user cannot see or open a document in SharePoint, they will not be able to access it in Teamhood either. This ensures your organization’s data remains secure and consistent with your Microsoft 365 settings.
If standard authorization fails, a Microsoft 365 administrator can manually grant permissions using the following link:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/{AZURE_TENANT_ID}/adminconsent?client_id=74bf4159-3a71-4522-a8ba-f5d59ffacdee&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2F{TEAMHOOD_TENANT_NAME}.teamhood.com
Replace:
{AZURE_TENANT_ID} — with your company’s Azure Tenant ID{TEAMHOOD_TENANT_NAME} — with your Teamhood tenant namehttps://mycompany.teamhood.com, then TEAMHOOD_TENANT_NAME is mycompany)After adjusting the values, open the link in a browser and have your Microsoft 365 admin approve the requested permissions.
After successful authorization, Teamhood will automatically sync available SharePoint files for each user based on their SharePoint access rights.
⚠️ Important:
If permissions still cannot be established, verify that:
