Atlassian says customers will need to move to cloud. Its Government Cloud has FedRAMP Moderate authorization, a US program. Atlassian Isolated Cloud is a single-tenant cloud, available through Atlassian sales. Its overview page does not name EU regions.
Teamhood fits a subcontractor that plans projects with Kanban, Gantt and timesheets and needs control over where the data sits. UAB Eylean in Vilnius builds and sells it.
Hybrid hosting keeps the database on your servers and runs the app in Teamhood’s cloud. An organization can require two-factor authentication. Teamhood does not publish an offline install procedure. For on-premise or hybrid, book a demo and ask for the install and security documents.
