Teamhood Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Reward Structure:
You will receive a cash reward based on the size of the referred account after they complete 3 months of paid subscription:
€200 Reward
• When the referred customer purchases 3 to 9 user licenses.
• Reward is paid after they complete their 3rd consecutive paid month.
€500 Reward
• When the referred customer purchases 10 to 29 user licenses.
• Reward is paid after they complete their 3rd consecutive paid month.
€1,000 Reward
• When the referred customer purchases 30 or more user licenses.
• Reward is paid after they complete their 3rd consecutive paid month.
Eligibility:
New customers only: the referred organization must not have held a paid Teamhood subscription within the last 12 months.
Paid status: the referred account must remain fully paid and in good standing for three consecutive months (monthly billing), or one full quarter (annual billing).
One reward per referred organization: multiple referrers cannot claim the same customer.
No self-referrals: you may not refer your own organization or create multiple accounts to claim rewards.
Payout timing: rewards are processed within 30 days after the 3‑month milestone is reached.
Payout method: bank transfer.
Teamhood reserves the right to withhold referral rewards in cases of self-referral, duplicate entries, or any suspected abuse. All referrals are subject to validation. Rewards will only be issued for verified, qualified referrals. Only the first verified external referral per company is eligible for reward.
