Teamhood version 1.41 is now live! Here are the new features for you to explore – Global create button, View customization menu, Ability to show/hide Tags, and 2 improvements for the Limited Collaborator role. Continue reading to learn more.
Teamhood version 1.41 introduces a new way to create your items, rows, boards, and workspaces – by using the Global create button.
Located in the upper right corner of your screen, this button is visible in all of the views and offers an easy way to add anything that is missing in your workspace. Simply click the button itself to create a new item or open the drop-down menu to see the additional options.
This new feature allows you to create new items and rows, anywhere in your workspace. This means you will not have to leave your current view to add what is needed. Use this button to create quickly and continue on working.
Another improvement you will see in Teamhood version 1.41 is a View Customization menu. Allowing you to quickly pick and set your preferences for each individual view in your workspace.
Find this new menu in the upper right corner of the board and use it to set your choices for:
With Teamhood version 1.41 you can now choose whether to see or hide item tags in the List, Kanban, and Gantt views.
Mark your preferences for each view individually and enjoy a clutter-free workspace.
Lastly, with Teamhood version 1.41 we have added a few more features for the Limited Collaborator role. The first one is the ability to create new items for themselves.
With this, the Limited collaborators will have the chance to add the missing items to the workspace and contribute to the process.
The second feature available to the Limited collaborators from now on is the ability to edit the description of items that have been assigned to them. Allowing them to easily share any information related to their work.
