Teamhood version 1.52 has just been released introducing 5 new features to your workspaces. Here is what you will find in the newest release:
Open your Teamhood workspace and explore these new features or continue reading to learn more.
The biggest improvement in Teamhood version 1.52 is the updated settings menu. Now with clear categories and an easy-to-navigate structure, it allows you to adjust anything in your workspace quickly.
In the renewed menu, you will see 3 categories for workspace, company account, and personal settings. If you want to modify your Kanban view, open the Board settings by using the action menu next to the name of the board.
Another improvement you will find in the latest release is the opportunity to see aggregated numeric values in the Kanban view. This means you can see the total value of the child items displayed on the parent item on the Kanban board.
The aggregation works for all numeric fields, such as estimation, budget, and your custom numeric fields. Allowing you to overview the total value of your items more easily.
To enable this feature, choose ‘Sum child values’ in the Customize menu.
In the newest Teamhood version, you will see the global reports grouped into 3 categories:
This categorization will allow you to navigate the reports easily as well as see the total number of reports used by your team.
In the Teamhood version 1.52, you will also see an updated dialog for Inviting new users. Here, you can quickly add a new team member or guest and define their role.
You can also use this dialog to give existing users permission to access an additional workspace. To do so, open the said workspace, select ‘Invite’, and type in the name of the team member to add them to the workspace.
Lastly, Teamhood version 1.52 allows you to adjust the width of the Kanban view headers. Use this to make sure the full header is visible or minimize the width to see more of the board.
