Teamhood version 1.56 is now live introducing – Configurable views and a Progress % field!
Continue reading to learn more about the new features.
With Teamhood version 1.56 you can create personal or shared custom views to track the most important information to you. Choose from List, Kanban, or Gantt, customize with your filters and save for future use.
To create a configurable view, click the ‘+’ sign at the top of your board. Here, you will be able to choose your base layout – Kanban, List, or Gantt and define whether this new view is visible to everyone or just you.
If you already have a view that is set up and only needs minor changes, you can choose to clone an existing view for a quicker setup.
To make the new configurable view your own, use filters and define what should be displayed. Customize by defining task assignees, creators and watchers, tags, dates, rows, fields, scale, and more. Then, save your preferences to enjoy the new personalized view.
You can also customize an existing view and save it as new.
Create as many views as needed and change their order to make them easy for you to find. You can choose any one of the views as a default for either just you or the entire team.
Take advantage of Teamhood version 1.56 configurable views to create more personalized and focused boards for yourself and your team.
Here are some examples of possible applications:
Use the configurable views to create more specialized views in an otherwise busy workspace and ensure you find important information quickly.
Another improvement you will find in Teamhood version 1.56 is the Progress % field now visible in Kanban and List views. No matter which view is picked, you can easily track the completion percentage of all individual items.
The percentage is calculated by the completion status of the items subtasks.
