Teamhood version 1.65 has been improved with a beta version of the Outlook calendar integration. This allows you to see your meetings, as well as their schedule amongst other items in Teamhood.
You can view and edit meeting items in Gantt, Kanban, List, Workload, and Timeline views. Once the meeting time has passed, the meeting item is automatically marked as completed.
To activate this integration, open the Workspace settings and navigate to the tab ‘Calendar integration’. From here, you will be able to choose which calendars and events should be synced, as well as where to put the synced items.
Tip: If you do not want to see meeting items in your Kanban, List, and Gantt views, create a separate board for the meeting items to be placed.

Another improvement you will find in Teamhood version 1.65 is the ability to create repeating child items. Use this to easily manage the child items that need to be repeated on a regular basis and track them more easily. To set or edit the repetition, adjust the schedule settings for the item.
