teamhood version 1.66

Teamhood version 1.66 comes in with new multi actions for you to easily manage several items at once. Amongst the latest additions you will find these actions:

Use the newly added and previously available multi-actions to fasten up task management in Teamhood.

Auto-Assign Item to Creator

assign to creator

Teamhood now features a new workspace setting that allows to automattically assign newly created items to their creator. If you and your team usually create items for yourself, enable this setting and save time on having to assign items manually.

Keep in mind this is a workspace setting, thus the auto-assign will work for all boards in the workspace.

Uncomplete Items when Moved to a Different Status

uncomplete items

In the latest release, you will also be able to uncomplete an item, by moving it into a different status. Just like an item is automatically completed when moved to a completed status, it will now be uncompleted when moved to another status on the board.

Hide Item Fields in Specific Boards (Ultimate feature)

hide item fields

Teamhood users with the Ultimate or Enterprise plans can now specify which item fields will be show in each of their boards board. Allowing you to customize for the needs of specific team/project/iniciative and only display fields that are important.

To select which item fields are shown, navigate to workspace settings and select ‘Item fields’. Here you will be able to decide on which boards the default and custom fields are displayed.

Outlook Integration Improvements (beta)

Lastly, Teamhood version 1.66 features improvements to the Outlook integration (beta) to ensure a smoother performance.
