We have heard your voice due to many recent upvotes in our feature request portal. From now on, deleted objects will be placed in Trash bin, so you can restore in case of accidental deletions. Objects will be automatically deleted forever after 30 days grace period. From now on, you will be able to see all of your deleted elements in one trash bin via workspace settings menu. Objects which will be placed to trash bin:
From the Trash view, you will also be able to restore the selected elements.
To navigate to the Trash bin, open the quick action menu next to your workspace name. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Trash’ and you will be redirected to the trash bin. You can alternatively access the Trash bin from the workspace settings.
🏷️ Note, that from Teamhood version 1.71, you will no longer see the ‘Archive’ under ‘Workspace reports’ on the left-hand side. You will be able to open the Archive view, the same way as the Trash is accessed.
Starting with Teamhood version 1.71, you will notice sticky items in Workload and Timeline views. Meaning that as you scroll, the item name will travel along until the items box is fully out of view.
This will give you a better understanding of which items are taking up the space, without having to scroll back in time to their beginning.
Lastly, we have added a small improvement to file attachments allowing you to rename the files you upload to item details. To change the file name, simply open the quick action menu and change the name to your liking. This will be especially useful for those teams working with a multitude of files or file versions.
