Teamhood has just been updated to make your work even smoother. This time, our release is focused solely on our customer requests.
Here is what we have added:
Continue reading to learn more about the new features.
In the latest version, we have extended Teamhood Open API. From now on you will get all item relations together with item result. Simple and easy to get the full picture of your work the programmatic way. For detailed documentation please refer to our Open API documentation page.
Another improvement you will find in the latest release is the ability to create formulas with dates. For example:
For those using the Workload view to estimate their team’s capacity, you will now find that estimates of blocked items will no longer be counted in. Making the estimates clearer and leaving room for other items while the blocked ones are resolved.
The Portfolio report has been enhanced with 3 new fields – Hour Limit, Estimation, and Tracked Time. Thus, allowing you to gain more insight into what is happening within each project in terms of time management.
You can choose to enable or disable these new fields by customizing the report.
You can now update the makeup of your team more easily with the ability to convert users into guests. To do so, open the ‘Licensing’ menu by clicking on your user avatar or navigating to Settings menu from any settings action and choosing “Licensing”.
With Teamhood version 1.72, we have also added a new date format for you to use in the various views – mmm dd, DDD. It will display the month, day, and weekday of the start and due dates. Making it easier to plan your items and place them in the work week.
You can change the date format in the ‘Workspace settings’ by finding the ‘Regional’ tab. Keep in mind that this will update the date format for the whole workspace.
Lastly, when making a .pdf export, from now you can choose to include titles on every page. To do so, mark the option to have ‘Labels on every page when exporting the information.
