In the latest release you will find 2 new features for Ultimate plan subscribers:
With the latest release, we are bringing two improvements for users with the Ultimate or Enterprise subscription plans.
The first one will allow you to configure which item fields of the synced copy will be synchronized, copied, or skipped. Thus ensuring the important details are kept and updated when creating synced copies.
To configure your selection, open the item details or the workspace settings and choose ‘Configure fields’. Here, you will be able to see item fields and decide which of the three actions to apply for them:
The second improvement is that from now on you can include custom fields to be synchronized. This is an option available to the Ultimate or higher subscription plans.
To choose which of the custom fields you wish to sync, open the item details or the workspace settings and navigate to the ‘Item fields’ section. Using the same configuration tab, you can select what happens with the custom fields you have created. By choosing from the 3 actions – Skip, Copy, Copy & Sync.
You can create new custom fields in the same location making it easy to edit or add to your selection.
