Dashboard Report

Dashboard report is best for creating any report you want. You can build custom dashboards with widgets to easily track key information – you can visualize data in different formats, such as charts, graphs, and tables. 

The Dashboard report has different widgets you can add. Let’s take a closer look at each one. 

Item List

Use this widget to create a list of specific items from your workspace. You can select which items to display by applying filters to the workspace. 

Custom Chart

Select the custom chart widget to visualize your data in your preferred format. You can use filters to choose the specific data and boards to include. You can display the data using one of four chart types: 

• Bar 
• Line 
• Donut 
• Scatter Plot

Sum Value 

Sum Value widget will display the total value of the selected items. The sum can be based on one of the provided metrics like number of items or estimation hours.  

Embed

You can embed content from external sources, such as YouTube and Google Sheets directly into your Teamhood dashboard.  

This widget allows you to use the dashboard to report on specific projects, departments, or teams, or even create a small database to store important information. Its versatility lets you customize the view to meet your needs and support your team’s performance. 

Progress Chart

The Progress Chart widget will show a progress for one of the chosen metrics metrics like the number of items or budget. The chart will categorize your selected data based on status – planned, in progress, and done. 

Burn-Up Chart 

The Burn-up Chart visualizes progress over time for a selected metric, such as item count. The chart categorizes data based on status – new, in progress, completed – and includes a baseline to show the expected progress. 

The chart visualizes progress by displaying the number of items that have been started, are in progress, and have been completed over time. 

Cumulative Flow Diagram 

The Cumulative Flow Diagram visualizes the distribution and progress of work items over time.  

It will help you track stability in workflows by showing how tasks move through different stages. A stable system will show smooth transitions, while a widening gap between stages indicates delays or inefficiencies.
